2. Designer who can work on website development and should know HTML, JavaScript, XML, Dreamviewer, Wordpress.
3. Knowledge of cake and PHP 5 and cake PHP 1.2
4. Should have good knowledge of MVC architecture and at least done 2 or 3 projects in cake
5. Should have knowledge of Ajax and Jquery
6. Prefer if they worked in Social n/w sites
7. Knowledge or Joomla or other CMS will be advantage
